Financial Wellbeing Workshop
Helping Employees Take Control of Their Financial Future
LESS STRESS MORE CONFIDENCE
Your employees’ money worries could be costing your business.
You may not see the worry, but you may be feeling its impact.
An employee can arrive at work on time, sit at their desk or start their shift, while their mind is elsewhere. They may be worrying about the mortgage, overdue bills or how they will make it through to payday.
That financial pressure can affect their concentration, confidence and ability to do their best work. It can also contribute to sick leave and absenteeism, placing additional pressure on the rest of your team.

Where Did All The Money Go?
Where Did All the Money Go? is an engaging financial wellbeing workshop that helps employees understand their money behaviour, take control of everyday finances and build stronger financial foundations.
Presented by Jaeneen Cunningham, author, money mentor and finance professional with almost 30 years’ experience, the workshop makes money conversations approachable. Jaeneen combines relatable examples, practical exercises and clear explanations to help people recognise what they can change and where to start.
THE EXPERIENCE BENIND THE WORKSHOP
Knowing what to do is one thing. Knowing where to start is another.
Drawing on years of research and experience working with thousands of clients, Jaeneen's Financial Wellbeing Workshop brings the practical lessons of her book, Where Did All the Money Go?, into the workplace.
It addresses something she has heard countless times:
“I know I need to do something, but I don't know where to start.”
More money doesn't always mean less financial stress.
A pay rise can ease financial pressure, but it doesn't necessarily change the habits and decisions that leave people feeling financially stretched. As income grows, spending often grows with it.
The workshop helps employees understand their money behaviour, recognise spending patterns and develop practical skills to make better financial decisions.
A CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVE
FROM:
“I need more money before I can get ahead.”
TO:
“What can I do differently with what I have today?”
The benefit for employers
Financial education complements fair remuneration. By helping employees build confidence and capability with money, employers can support their wellbeing and help reduce the financial distractions they bring to work.
